Return and Refund Policy

At SAFE Canada, we deeply appreciate your support and generosity. Each purchase you make is more than just a transaction—it’s a donation that directly contributes to our mission of supporting first responders and building the HEROE(S) Vault.

Due to the nature of our limited-run apparel drops and our nonprofit status, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness and transparency. Please review our return and refund policy below:


Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    We accept returns for defective or damaged items. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return.

  • Limited Inventory:
    Due to the exclusive nature of our drops, replacement items may not always be available. In such cases, we will work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a refund or store credit for future purchases.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    We are unable to accept returns for items that were purchased as part of a donation unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Refunds

  • Refund Requests:
    Refunds will only be issued for defective or damaged items that cannot be replaced. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received.

  • Donations:
    As your purchase supports our nonprofit mission, we cannot process refunds for dissatisfaction with size, style, or preferences. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and sizing charts before making a purchase.


Exchanges

  • Limited Exchanges:
    Exchanges for sizing or other preferences may be accommodated based on inventory availability. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss your exchange request.

  • Final Sale:
    All items from limited-edition drops are final sale unless defective or damaged.
